As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agent’s website.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 weeks of order placement. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at ekoclothing.com@gmail.com. The payment will be refunded through the original mode of payment within 7–15 days.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love everything you order from us—each piece is made with love and care. However, if you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy, no questions asked.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
• Please try on items with care. Products that appear used or damaged will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
• Refunds will be processed after the product passes a quality check and will not include the original shipping charges (if applicable).

Hand or machine wash cold on gentle cycle

Line dry in shade or tumble dry low
Iron on low, avoiding direct heat on embroidery
