Order Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our shipping partner’s website to track your delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 weeks of order placement.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at ekoclothing.com@gmail.com

If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and the order has not been dispatched, the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7–15 working days.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

We hope you love everything you order from us — each piece is made with love and care. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer:

You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Unwashed, unworn, with all tags intact
• In original packaging

Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
• Once the product passes our quality check, you may choose:
• An exchange (subject to availability), or
• A credit note valid for future purchases.
• Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

Line dry in shade or tumble dry low
Iron on low, avoiding direct heat on embroidery
