To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
- Please try on items with care. Products that appear used or damaged will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- Refunds will be processed after the product passes a quality check and will not include the original shipping charges (if applicable).
